Defeated Australia in the fourth T20 match, the series in the name of India, India won the series 1-3 by defeating Australia in the fourth match of the five-match T20I series.

In the match played in Raipur on Friday, India scored 174 runs for the loss of 9 wickets while batting first in the allotted 20 overs.

For India, Rinku Singh scored 46 off 29 balls, Yeshaswi Jaiswal scored 37 off 28 balls and Jitesh Sharma scored 35 off 19 balls.

For Australia, Ben Dwarshis took three wickets and Jason Behrendorff and Tanveer Singha took two wickets each.

Chasing the target of 175 runs set by India, the Australian team could only score 154 runs in the allotted 20 overs for the loss of seven wickets.

On behalf of Australia, captain Matthew Wade scored 36 runs off 23 balls, Travis Head scored 31 runs off 16 balls and Matthew Short scored 22 runs off 19 balls.

Apart from these wickets, none of the Australian batsmen reached the 20 mark.
On behalf of India, spinner Akshar Patel took three wickets, Deepak Chahar took two wickets and Avish Khan and Roh Bishnoi took one wicket each.
