‘Khabhi socha na tha’, cricketer Shadab Khan became part of the Punjab Police

Pakistan cricket team player Shadab Khan became part of Punjab Police. He has been given the rank of Honorary DSP.

In a press release issued by the Punjab Police on Wednesday, it is stated that Shadab Khan has been appointed as its brand ambassador by the department. He also wore a police uniform.

Shadab Khan Meet IG Punjab

According to a Punjab Police spokesperson, the cricketer met IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar and Additional IG Sultan Ahmad Chaudhry at the Central Police Office. Where he was given the rank of Honorary DSP.

After that, Shadab Khan saluted IG Punjab and also thanked him for representing him in the police.

He said that it is an honor for me to be appointed as the brand ambassador, and I am happy to be a part of Punjab Police.

He expressed his determination that ‘I will try to play my role fully by being associated with the Punjab Police.’

He further said that he never thought that he would ever become a part of the police.

Pakistan cricket team all-rounder Shadab Khan became a part of Punjab Police. IG Punjab appointed Shadab Khan as the brand ambassador of the Punjab Police.

According to him, “I will be available to the police at all times if needed.”
Additional IG Punjab Sultan Ahmad Chaudhry made Shadab Khan visit various parts of the Central Police Office.

In the past, many players have been made part of the Punjab Police on an honorary basis, including fast bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi.

He was given the honorary rank of DSP in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police on July 4 last year.

Similarly, bowler Naseem Shah has also been appointed as the goodwill ambassador of Balochistan.
