Andy Murray’s journey to the Madrid Open tennis tournament is complete, Renowned British tennis star and former world number one Andy Murray’s trip to the Madrid Open tennis tournament has come to an end.

As the exciting events of the Association Tennis Professionals (ATP) Madrid Open continue, the British tennis star was knocked out of the event by Italy’s Andrea Vavasori in the opening round of the men’s singles competition.

In the opening round match of the men’s singles competition, Andrea Vavasuri played a brilliant game to defeat Andy Murray in straight sets 2-6, 6-7(7-9) on a tie-break to advance to the second round of the tournament.

On the other hand, Belarusian tennis star and the second seed of the event Iryna Sablenka and Greek tennis player Maria Skari reached the third round of women’s singles.

Aryna Sabalenka defeated Romania’s Sorana Cristia and Maria Skari of the Netherlands in the second round of the women’s singles competition.
