2nd ODI: Rahmanullah Gurbaz’s 151 runs, Afghanistan set Pakistan 301 run target, In the second match of the ongoing three-match ODI series between Pakistan and Afghanistan, Afghanistan has given Pakistan a target of 301 runs to win.

In the match being played in Hambantota, Sri Lanka on Thursday, Afghanistan won the toss and decided to bat first, which proved correct.

Batting first, the Afghan team scored 300 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in the allotted 50 overs.

On behalf of Afghanistan, Rahmanullah Gurbaz played an innings of 151 runs off 151 balls with the help of 14 fours and 3 sixes.
Apart from them, Ibrahim Zadran scored 80 and Mohammad Nabi scored 29.

For Pakistan, Shaheen Shah Afridi took two wickets while Usama Mir and Naseem Shah took one wicket each.

If we talk about Afghanistan’s innings, Afghan openers Rahmanullah Gurbaz and Ibrahim Zadran put together an impressive partnership of 227 runs for the first wicket.

Pakistan’s first success came in the form of Ibrahim Zadran’s wicket for 227 in 39.5 overs when he was caught out by Iftikhar Ahmed off Osama Mir.

After him, Rahmanullah Garbaz returned to the pavilion by catching Muhammad Rizwan standing behind the wickets on Shaheen Shah Afridi’s ball for a team score of 256.

Afghanistan’s third wicket fell to Rashid Khan when he was dismissed lbw by Shaheen Shah Afridi for an individual score of two.

Afghanistan’s fourth wicket was run out when Shahidullah scored a run and was run out by Shaheen Afridi’s throw.

The fifth wicket of the Afghan team fell at 294 runs when Mohammad Nabi was dismissed for 29 by Naseem Shah.

Keep in mind that Pakistan has a 0-1 lead in the three-match ODI series.
