Fakhar Zaman broke Muhammad Yousuf’s record for most centuries, The aggressive opener of the national team, Fakhar Zaman, has joined the top 10 Pakistani batsmen with the most List-A centuries.

The 33-year-old Fakhar Zaman scored 117 runs in the first ODI against New Zealand at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, which was the 17th century of his List A career and also made him the top 10 Pakistani with the most List A centuries.

He has reached the 7th position among the batsmen.

Fakhar Zaman has so far scored 6082 runs at an average of 47.88 while remaining not out 6 times in 133 innings of 134 List A matches, which includes 17 centuries and 36 half-centuries.

Fakhar Zaman is tied with Mohammad Hafeez and Ahmed Shehzad in the list of batsmen who scored the most centuries for Pakistan in List A cricket.

National team captain Babar Azam is joint first with 27 List A centuries along with Khurram Manzoor.

Sometimes national team opener Saeed Anwar is in the second position with 26 centuries. Former national captain Salman Butt is at the third position in this list with 24 centuries, national team wicketkeeper-batsman Kamran Akmal holds the fourth position with 21 centuries, Asian breadman Zaheer Abbas is 5th by scoring 19 centuries while Former Test opener Salim Elahi is at the sixth position with 18 centuries.

Former T20 captain Muhammad Hafeez and Ahmed Shehzad and Fakhar Zaman are jointly 7th with 17 and 17 centuries respectively, former Test cricketer Ijaz Ahmed, former ODI captain Azhar Ali and all-rounder Shoaib Malik have scored 16 and 16 centuries respectively.

8th while former captain Muhammad Yousuf, Ramiz Raja, and Imran Farhat are joint 9th with 15 and 15 List A centuries respectively.
