In the new T20 rankings, Haris Rauf reached a career-best position, With 10 wickets in three T20 matches, Haris Rauf replaced Shadab Khan as the top-ranked Pakistani bowler in the ICC Men’s T20 Bowler Rankings.

According to ICC, Haris Rauf took four consecutive wickets in the ongoing T20 series against New Zealand and won the Player of the Match award in the very first match.

Pakistani fast bowler was ranked 12th in the T20I bowling rankings last week, ahead of Shaheen Afridi and behind Shadab Khan. The fast bowlers took 10 wickets in the first three T20Is and moved up five places to 11th in the rankings.

He scored a career-best 657 points, likely to be among the top 10 bowlers by the end of the five-match series.

Meanwhile, Ash Sodhi (620) and Shaheen Afridi (624) have also improved by 4 and 2 ranks respectively. In the ranking of batsmen, Surya Kumar Yadav of India is still in the first position, while Mohammad Rizwan of Pakistan is in the second and captain Babar Azam is in the third position.

Cricketer Iftikhar Ahmed has moved up 10 ranks to the 44th position. Australia’s Marence Labouchen has maintained his first position in the Test players ranking, Pakistan’s Babar Azam is at the 5th position, and Sri Lanka’s Dimuth Karunaratne has improved by one place to the 9th position.
