Multan Sultans defeated Islamabad United by 5 wickets

In yesterday’s fifth match of the Pakistan Super League, Multan Sultans defeated Islamabad United by five wickets after an interesting match.

On Tuesday’s fifth match of the Pakistan Super League between Islamabad United and Multan Sultans, Islamabad United set Multan Sultans a target of 145 runs to win.

Multan Sultans achieved the set target in 19.5 overs for the loss of five wickets.

Islamabad United scored 144 runs in the allotted 20 overs while playing first.

Islamabad United’s Azam Khan scored 13 runs and was caught out by David Willey off the ball of Usman Mir.

Islamabad United’s fifth wicket fell to Imad Wasim. He was bowled by Abbas Afridi without scoring any runs.

After Imad Wasim, Islamabad United’s batting line faltered. Faheem Shah scored one, Naseem Shah scored two, Timel Mills and Obaid Shah scored zero.

Multan Sultans innings

Multan Sultan’s opener David Mullan returned to the pole without scoring any runs off Naseem Shah in the first over.

Shadab Khan took the wicket of Multan Sultans captain Muhammad Rizwan on 43.

Yasir Khan was caught in the hands of Karalex Hillels for 8 runs.

Reza Hendricks, who scored 58 off 46 balls, was caught by Faheem Ashraf.
