PCB’s decision to separate Women’s Super League from PSL, The Pakistan Cricket Board has allocated a window of September this year for the first Women’s Super League, the Women’s Super League will be held as a separate event from the PSL.

Instead of making the cricket league a sideline event of the PSL, it has been decided to make it an official separate event.

The women’s cricket league will have its first event in September this year, the women’s league will have 5 franchise teams and separate bidding will be done for the franchise rights.

Expressions of interest have been received for it. It should be clear that earlier the PCB under the leadership of Rameez Raja intended to conduct the women’s league on the sidelines of the PSL.

Sources further said that Pakistan Cricket Board Women. The league also plans to bring on board other international women’s organizations affiliated with the United Nations, including the Malala Foundation, to promote Pakistan’s positive image through the tournament.
