Retired from international cricket due to mental health issues: Imad Wasim, Former Pakistan all-rounder Imad Wasim has given reasons for his decision to retire from international cricket for Pakistan.

In a recent interview, Imad Wasim revealed that he chose to retire from international cricket to prioritize his peace of mind. Imad Waseem said that my mental health was not good and if I was in that condition, I would never have taken this decision.

“This is life and everything is possible, not impossible. I have made this decision with no intention of going back. I have decided to retire. It is an important step and I am very happy about it,” he added. Not sure what’s in life but it is what it is’.

Announcing retirement from international cricket

Clearly, the announcement of Imad Wasim’s retirement from international cricket in all formats is a surprising development for green shirt fans.

The 34-year-old all-rounder took part in 66 T20 International cricket matches, taking 65 wickets and taking 5 wickets in one match. Famous for his skills as a successful left-handed spinner for Pakistan, Imad Wasim also earned the title of one-time world-ranked T20 international bowler.

In addition, he demonstrated his batting skills in 55 one-day internationals, scoring five half-centuries.
