Shaheen Shah Afridi equaled the record of Wasim Akram and Waqar Younis, Pakistan’s famous fast bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi has completed a century of wickets in test cricket. He crossed this milestone in the first test match being played in Galle against Sri Lanka.

The 23-year-old Afridi, playing his 26th Test career, picked up his 100th wicket by dismissing Sri Lankan opener Nishan Madushka, becoming the 19th Pakistani player to achieve the feat.

After the latest milestone, Shaheen Afridi joins legendary pacers Wasim Akram and Waqar Younis among Pakistani fast bowlers to take more than 100 Test wickets at the age of 23.
