Uruguayan defender Diego Godin has announced his retirement

Uruguayan defender Diego Godin has announced his retirement from professional football, Godden, 37, played in four World Cups during his 20-year career and spent most of his club career in Spain.

Godden played over 600 professional matches in his career and scored 38 goals while winning 10 titles, including two Europa League titles.
